Dr. Leo M. Crowley Selected to Attend Course in Oxford in 2012

Dr. Leo M. Crowley as the only representative from the United States to attend the 2012 Accredited Course on Prevention Strategies for Non-Communicable Diseases sponsored by the University of Oxford School of Public Health, the British Heart Foundation and the World Health Organization. Selection was by competitive essay, and 28 International Worldwide Scholars were selected.

oxford-leo-presentsDr Crowley’s presentation was on “Introducing financial disincentives to alter health promotion behaviors in Texas corporate employees.” This research presentation was formally accepted by The American Medical Association in March 2013.
