Wednesday night at The Celt was so much fun. There were lots of familiar faces and lots of new faces. The School of Irish music was represented by some students that are currently studying and some students that have graduated a long time ago. The mood was one of extreme happiness as people played darts, Jenga and billiards. The air wafted with the smell of Fish N Chips and other savory dishes.
This was the first night that The Irish-American Society officially announced that we will be hosting pub night at The Celt every second Wednesday of every month. There will be a group gathered near our sign. Located on the old downtown square across the street from the courthouse at 100 Tennessee St.
McKinney has a very large community of Celts living there and most of them are hanging at The Celt Irish Pub. Come out and join us for a roaring good time. Slainte’.
